As a Life Coach, I will help you find clarity, purpose and empower you to achieve your goals. The coaching process focuses on specific personal projects, like how to overcome personal challenges in life, relationships, career or business. We will look at what is going on right now, what the obstacles or challenges are, where you want your life to be and what resources or course of action you will need to achieve all that. I will help you excavate your own inner wealth and wisdom regarding way forward.


How it works

Life Coaching is a very action oriented and future focused process. I will ask you questions that will help you evaluate your life, see it from a different perspective and then while you take the necessary steps, I will support you all the way from planning to execution through guidance and motivation. I will help you find what feels right for you by helping you to reveal the answers to yourself through discussions, brainstorming and reflection.

Processes and Techniques

Coaching Sessions can be One-one,  Couples or Group Workshops. The Process is flexible, Clients can be Coached Face to Face, Via Telephone, Skype or E-mail. The duration of Sessions is usually 60 -90 minutes.

I use Various Tools in the Coaching Process, depending on the outcome required, these include Meta and Milton models, Visualization, Anchoring, Affirmations, Neuro-linguistic programming, Reframing, Brainstorming, Values, Limiting beliefs, New behavior generator,  New perspectives and many others.

FAQ: How is a Life Coach different from a Psychologist /Counselling Therapist?


Who can see a Life Coach?

Although there are some similarities in that we help individuals solve problems and change their lives, Life Coaching is different from therapy, or counselling mainly because we do not treat issues like depression, anxiety, mental illnesses and addictions. We work with healthy individuals.

Our Focus

Although we do acknowledge the past, we do not dwell much on it, unlike in Therapy where you work with a Health Care Professional who analyses your past as a tool to understand present behavior, revisit any past traumatic event or the origins of a self-destructive habit to help facilitate your healing.

What you are working on in Therapy is towards becoming a whole functional individual, whereas in Life Coaching you want to develop and maximize the present experience. Therapists focus on why things happened, and the treatment or resolution of a particular issue, Life Coaches focus on how you can live better.
